Thank you, Bea

In 2006, Bea Field came out of retirement to guide Laguna Beach Seniors into the Susi Q. She has decided that the time has come to step down as executive director. We have been so fortunate to have had her as our leader during these incredibly challenging years, and as our friend as well. Happily, she will continue to work on special projects, and so she will have many opportunities to appreciate what a strong, effective, and caring agency she has helped us become. Carole Zavala, who was interim executive director in 2006 and helped us find Bea, will again serve in that position. She and our excellent staff, volunteers, and board will keep us moving forward, full of confidence and gratitude.
- CHRIS QUILTER, BOARD PRESIDENT
