Fitness and wellness classes are mindful of the needs and interests of older adults. Most run on a quarterly schedule, and may have breaks between sessions. Courses may have a one-time drop-in option. Check with the front desk for more information.

The programming listed in the sidebar is attended primarily by those over 50, but everyone is welcome. Wellness classes are mindful of the needs of older persons. Check to see if instructors welcome drop-ins or have single session fees. Some classes require enrollment and have minimums and caps. Times and dates are subject to change.
